How far we go, and how fast
What is your actual coverage area?
Roughly one hour by van from our base in Manchester. That takes in all of Greater Manchester, most of Cheshire, Merseyside as far as the Wirral, and southern and central Lancashire. We will travel further for larger commercial projects where the job justifies the journey.
Do you charge for travel?
No, not within the coverage area. The survey is free wherever you are inside it, and callout charges are the same whether you are ten minutes away or fifty. Outside the area we would quote travel separately and tell you before you commit.
How quickly can you attend a breakdown?
Service plan customers get same day phone support and next working day attendance anywhere in the coverage area. Without a plan you go behind contract customers, which in June, July and August can mean several days rather than the same week.
My town is not on the list. Can you still help?
Ring us. The list is where we work most, not a boundary. If you are genuinely too far for us to service properly afterwards, we will say so rather than take the job and let you down on the first callout, and we will point you at someone closer.
